Early-Bird, Regular, and Late Registration rates are listed below.

Advertised registrations rates are per individual. EACH AND EVERY individual attending through a family membership must register and pay for HIS OR HER meeting registration separately, including accompanying children and guests.

FLA provides several event participation options to choose from to best fit the individual needs and busy schedules of current members, new members, and their accompanying minors. These participation options are noted below.

New Adult Member and New Family Member event registration fee includes the cost of an individual event registration cost plus the cost of a one-year membership ($40 for Individual Membership or $50 for Family Membership).
FULL-WEEKEND EVENT RATES (FRIDAY & SATURDAY)
Full-Weekend option includes Friday social and Italian buffet dinner, Saturday membership meeting and barbecue buffet lunch, and round-trip bus transportation to the Amelia Island Lighthouse.

Early-Bird Full-Weekend event registration is available online from 12:00 AM (EDT) on April 13 until midnight (EDT) on April 24. Young Lighthouse Keeper restrictions apply.

PARTIAL-WEEKEND ONLINE EVENT RATES (FRIDAY OR SATURDAY)
FLA members who are unable to attend both days of the spring membership meeting may register to attend on only Friday or Saturday at a slightly lower rate.

Saturday-Only option includes Saturday membership meeting and barbecue buffet lunch, and round-trip bus transportation to the Amelia Island Lighthouse. Does not include the Friday social and Italian buffet dinner.

VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING ATTENDANCE (SATURDAY-ONLY)
Members have the option of attending the membership meeting virtually via ZOOM. A link will be e-mailed to registrants before the meeting. The cost for this option will be $12 for members and non-members. The cut-off date and time for virtual registration is Friday, May 8, at midnight (EDT). No Early-Bird discount is offered to ZOOM registrants.
YOUNG LIGHTHOUSE KEEPERS RESTRICTIONS
(Children Ages 5 - 15 yrs.)
- Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult member to attend the social, membership meeting, and lighthouse climb.
- Children cannot be registered to attend the FLA spring membership meeting until their accompanying parent/guardian has fully completed their online adult member event registration.
- Children ages 5-15 are charged ½ the adult member early-bird or regular registration cost. If registering late, each child will be charged, in addition to the regular rate, ½ of the regular $30 late fee, or $15.
- Children ages 0-4 yrs. are allowed to attend meeting events free of charge.
- All children, regardless of age, will be charged the adult rate for boat or bus transportation, if offered separately at the meeting and events and not part of the basic registration price.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To cancel your meeting registration and receive a full refund, you must e-mail the FLA Business Office at info@floridalighthouses.org before midnight (EDT) on May 8. Written requests for registration refunds may also be submitted by mail to FLA's official mailing address:

Letters must be postmarked no later than midnight (EDT) May 8. The requested refund will be granted regardless of the reason.
FLA’s policy is that after the registration cutoff date, it will make no refunds for registration fees regardless of the reason. There will be no exceptions.
FLA is a non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization and must generate sufficient funds to cover the costs that it must pay product and service providers after the cutoff date.
