FULL-WEEKEND EVENT (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY) 

Full-Weekend includes the Friday social charcuterie and self-serve beverage station, Saturday membership meeting and self-serve Greek buffet lunch and dessert, Tarpon Springs Historical Society/Train Depot, Howard Park Beach event, and Sunday shuttle boat to Anclote Key Lighthouse. Young Lighthouse Keeper restrictions apply.

Please Note: Late rate event registrations can be purchased online from October 17, at 12:00 AM (EDT) until midnight (EDT) on October 23. An additional $30 late fee will be applied to the regular registration rate for all late registrations.

VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING (Saturday-Only) 

Members have the option of attending the membership meeting virtually via ZOOM.  A link will be e-mailed to registrants before the meeting.  The cost for this option will be $12 for members and non-members. The cut-off date and time for virtual registration is Friday, October 23, at midnight (EDT). No Early-Bird discount is offered to ZOOM registrants.

EVENT PARTICIPATION RATES - IMPORTANT NOTES

• The FLA board has determined that only a full-weekend rate will be offered.  
• Registration rates listed are per individual. People registering with a Family Membership must separately list and pay for each person attending the FLA event as a guest. 
• Only people who register for full-weekend will be allowed to board the shuttle boats for the round trip to view and/or climb the Anclote Key Lighthouse. Only these attendees will be allowed to complete the Sign-Up Sheet at the meeting. You will not be permitted to purchase at any time during the November event shuttle boat transportation for non-registered attendees.
• NEW Adult and Family Member registration fees include the purchase of a one-year membership for an additional $40 (Individual) or $50 (Family).
• No registration OR membership payments will be accepted at the event.
• All registration deadlines listed reflect Eastern Daylight Time. All on-site event times reflect Eastern Standard Time. 

YOUNG LIGHTHOUSE KEEPERS

(Children 15 and Under)

• Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult member to attend the social, membership meeting, Tarpon Springs Historical Society/Train Depot, Howard Park Beach event, and round-trip shuttle boat cruise to Anclote Key Lighthouse.
• Children under the age of 15 cannot be registered to attend the FLA meeting until their accompanying parent/guardian has fully completed their online adult member event registration. 
• Children ages 5-15 are charged ½ the adult member early-bird, regular, or late registration cost. 
• Children under 5 are $8.00 and must be registered by emailing info@floridalighthouses.org.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• To cancel your meeting registration and receive a full refund, you must e-mail the FLA Meetings and Events Committee Co-chairs at Info@FloridaLighthouses.org before midnight (EDT) on October 16. Written requests for registration refunds may also be submitted by mail to FLA's official mailing address: Florida Lighthouse Association, Inc., P.O. Box 2022, St. Petersburg, FL 33731.
• Letters must be postmarked no later than midnight (EDT) October 16. The requested refund will be granted regardless of the reason.
• FLA’s policy is that after the Regular rate registration cutoff date, it will make no refunds for registration fees regardless of the reason. There will be no exceptions.
• FLA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and must generate sufficient funds to cover the costs that it must pay product and service providers after the cutoff date.
