Give the Gift of an FLA Membership
You can give the gift of an FLA membership by completing the online application. Please read these directions carefully before you start.
If you are logged in as an FLA member please log out before you complete the online application.
Use the contact information for the person who will receive your gift when you complete the online application. You must have their name, address, email and phone number. Their membership card will be mailed to this address.

- this is their user name that allows them to log on to the website and the members only page
- an email notification will be sent to them regarding your gift and including your gift message
- FLA also uses email exclusively for all meeting notices and the monthly e-newsletter
Your gift greeting. message and name go in the box labeled "If this membership is a gift write you message here & be sure to include your name!" This information will appear as a personal message from you at the top of the membership notification email..
Online Application must be paid for using Pay Pal or a Credit Card
- click the "pay online" button
- you do not have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card click on the "Pay with Bill Me Later, Debit or Credit Card" link
- the next screen allows you to fill in your credit card information
You gift recipient will get
- an email notification with your personal message at the top and instructions for using the website
- a website password email
- a membership card in the mail
You will receive
- a credit card receipt directly from pay pal
You may also make a gift of membership by mail.
Mail a completed copy of the printed application with your check to FLA. Put "GIFT" at the top of the application. On the back of the application write your greeting, message and name, be sure to include your first and last name, phone number, and email. The recipient will be notified of the membership by email.
